Symbolism

Inspired by the timeless elegance of Jugendstil and Art Nouveau, this sterling silver lighter case captures the beauty of art movements that celebrated nature, craftsmanship, and genuine emotion. We fell in love with how these styles could transform even the simplest everyday objects into something beautiful to cherish and practical to use every day. With gentle curves, flowing ribbons, and finely sculpted details, this piece blends organic grace with subtle sophistication.

Central to the design are beautifully detailed pansy flowers. We chose pansies not just because of their delicate charm, but for the deeper meaning they hold. "Pansy" comes from the French word pensée, meaning "thought," and historically these flowers have been associated with thoughtful reflection, remembrance, and the gentle, contemplative nature of love. During the Victorian era, pansies carried hidden messages of affection and admiration, quietly conveying emotions too deep for words.

Whether chosen as a personal keepsake or given as a meaningful, symbolic gift, this lighter case is a reminder to find beauty in the everyday, adding a thoughtful touch to life’s small rituals.

Manufacturing

Our jewellery is crafted exclusively from 925 sterling silver and is entirely manufactured in Europe.

The process starts with 3D printing the wax models which are subsequently cast in silver by our partner in Belgium. The pieces are then expertly finished and polished by hand in our atelier in the Netherlands. This combination of cutting-edge technology and traditional handcrafting ensures each item meets high standards of quality and uniqueness.

The human touch in the finishing process not only enhances the jewellery’s beauty but also ensures that no two pieces are exactly the same, adding unique character to each creation. Producing our jewellery in Europe allows us to ensure a high quality standard and guarantees ethical working conditions for all employees.
